By accessing or using Sunrise Alarm ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Sunrise Alarm is a mobile application that automatically sets a daily alarm based on the local sunrise time for your geographic location. The App uses your device's GPS and third-party weather data to calculate sunrise times.
Sunrise Alarm offers the following subscription options:
All plans include a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. To manage or cancel your subscription, go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial period ends. Only one free trial per Apple ID.
All refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly.
Sunrise times are calculated based on your GPS coordinates and data from Open-Meteo. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that alarm times will be 100% precise due to:
We are not responsible for missed alarms due to these factors, device settings, Do Not Disturb mode, low battery, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Sunrise Alarm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed alarms, loss of sleep, or any consequential damages.
All content, design, code, and branding within Sunrise Alarm is the intellectual property of mysunrisealarm Team. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without explicit written permission.
You agree not to:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes where possible.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via app updates.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.
